Legal advice for SMEs

Compliance without over-engineering: what your company needs given its size, industry and real exposure, with a clear price from the start.

Compliance tailored to your company

Programs built for large corporations cannot be implemented in a forty-person company. An effective program does not need a whole department: it needs legal judgement, an honest analysis of risk and a design the organisation can actually run.

Request an assessment

  1. Honest assessment

We recommend only what your company needs, not the most complex program.

  2. Implementation, not just documents

The value lies in the organisation understanding and applying the program. We support that process.

  3. An integrated view

Criminal risk, data protection and employment obligations are reviewed together, with controls that serve more than one law.

  4. Fixed fees

Each stage has a clear scope and price. No open-ended quotes.

Ways of working

Three entry points, depending on where your company stands.

  1. Starting point

    Compliance assessment

Review of the company's criminal, employment and data exposure, with a gap report and a prioritised plan.

  2. Implementation

    Essential program

A proportionate prevention model, Ley Karin protocol and core alignment with Law 21.719, training included.

  3. Ongoing

    Monthly support

Outsourced prevention officer, program monitoring and answers to corporate legal questions.

Frequently asked questions

Can a small company be held criminally liable?

Yes. Law 20.393 makes no distinction by size. An SME can be prosecuted if an employee, manager or owner commits one of the listed offences within the scope of its activity, and without an effective prevention model it cannot be exempted.

How much does compliance cost for an SME?

It depends on the size, industry and what the company already has in place. That is why we start with an assessment and deliver a proposal with defined scope, stages and fees, which can be paid by stage or in instalments.

What should be prioritised on a limited budget?

Whatever carries a legal deadline or the greatest exposure. Today that is usually the Ley Karin protocol, alignment with Law 21.719 and a proportionate crime prevention model for companies that supply large clients or the State.
